Every single thing was perfect. My hotel room was great-sized and beautifully designed with great view. The breakfast was delicious and in such a comfy restaurant. The venue had a beachfront location next to the Ocean.

the double room is gorgeous and has an electronic key card, a work desk, and tea and coffee making facilities. extremely great staff contributes to create special atmosphere. the location is stunning and marvellous for exploring kamala beach.

The resort features serene gardens and elegant decor, made navigation easy for seniors like myself. Accessible seating areas provided a comforting atmosphere to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings .

The lobby area could be cooler for comfort.

The pool view from my room was fine and offered a serene atmosphere. The nearby beachside restaurants provided a good dining experience with lovely views.

Even though the location is peaceful, the service felt somewhat impersonal and lacked the warmth I expected.

The staff were friendly, especially anna at the beach restaurant. The pool access room was a luxurious escape with fine views and quick access to refreshing swims.

Housekeeping service was extraordinary

The service here was excellent. They would rush to help whenever I needed anything, even picking up my fork when I dropped it! I loved lounging by the beautiful beach and enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. The only hiccup was a staff member who didn't seem too friendly when we were asking for directions, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 🌴

Especially Snow, whose smile and friendliness were just very nice! One downside was the limited nearby food options, but the hotel's breakfast was a treat 🌅

Fine grounds, with the Sawan building even nicer than it looks in photos. The mountain views are amazing and the hotel is actually better than the beach area, a bit rough. Nice early breakfast box before our flight.

I wasn't ready for this!

This place is a hidden paradise! Just beside the mountains, the scenery blew me away. Excellent staff, especially at the beachside. The serene vibes and fine grounds captured the essence of luxury. Just a suggestion for more diverse dining options, and it would have been perfect!
